摘要
[目的]考察硫熏对半夏总生物碱含量的影响。[方法]采用可见-紫外分光光度法测定硫熏和非硫熏半夏中总生物碱含量。[结果]比较得出,硫熏后半夏的总生物碱含量明显降低。[结论]半夏产地加工应抛弃硫熏法,探索无硫加工工艺。
[Objective ] To study the influence of sulfur fumigation on alkaloids contents in Pinellia ternata（Thunb.）Breit. [Method] The contents of Alkaloids in sulfur fumigation and non-sulfur fumigation of Pinellia ternata（Thunb.）Breit. were determined by Visible-UV Spectrophotometry. [Result] Compared with Pinellia ternata（Thunb.）Breit,the contents of Alkaloids in the the sulfur fumigation were reduced. [Conclusion] Sulphur fumigstion should be abandoned completely on Pinellia ternata（Thunb.）Breit. and replaced by sulfur-free process.
