摘要 [目的]研究采用含不同浓度的矮壮素(CCC)保鲜液对月季切花保鲜的影响。[方法]设计不同的处理,研究测定了月季花的瓶插寿命、花茎变化、水分平衡值以及生理生化指标。[结果]适当浓度的CCC能有效地增加切花鲜重,增大花茎,改善切花体内的水分状况,降低脯氨酸和丙二醛含量,延缓膜透性的增加,从而延缓切花衰老,提高切花寿命。[结论]其中以保鲜液处理B:30g/L蔗糖+200mg/L8-HQC+50mg/LCCC的保鲜效果最好。 [Objective]The propose was to study the effect of the fresh preservation agents with containing different concentrations of CCC on cut roses.[Method]The different treatments were designed,the vase life,inflorescence characteristics and changes in water balance values,as well as physiological and biochemical indexes of cut roses were studied.[Result]The agents with appropriate CCC could effectively increase the fresh weight of cut flowers and flower diameter,improved the water situation in cut flowers,reduced the proline and MDA content of cut roses,thereby slow down the increase in membrane permeability,delay senescence cut roses.[Conclusion]The B agent with(30 g/L sucrose + 200 mg/L 8-HQC+ 50 mg/L CCC) was best for fresh-keeping of cut roses.
