摘要
针对钢质连续抽油杆在部分高矿化度、高含水油井与油管间的偏磨现象突出,而采用普通抽油杆连接抗磨幅防偏磨技术又无法适应连续抽油杆无接箍和螺纹设计的问题,研制出连续抽油杆导向扶正装置。该装置通过上、下接头连接在偏磨井段的油管柱上,使钢质连续抽油杆与导向扶正装置内导向轮接触,将杆管间的滑动摩擦变为抽油杆与导向轮之间的滚动摩擦,避免抽油杆与油管之间直接接触发生相对运动,达到扶正杆柱和延长钢质连续抽油杆使用寿命的目的。160余口井的试验应用情况表明,该装置下井施工成功率100%,平均检泵周期延长180d,悬点载荷减少12.5%,经济效益和社会效益显著。
Considering the remarkable phenomenon of the eccentric wear of the coiled steel rod existing between some hypersaline high water-content oil wells and tubings as well as the design problem of the unsuitability of the ordinary rod-adopted antiwear amplitude eccentric wear technology for the continuous sucker rod with no collar and thread,the guide centralizer for the continuous sucker rod was developed.The centralizer is connected onto the tubing string at the eccentric wear well section through the upper and lower subs so as to make the coiled steel rod touch the guide wheel within the guide centralizer,avoiding the direct contact between sucker rod and tubing which will cause relative motion and thus achieving the purpose of centralizing the rod and string and lengthening the service life of the coiled steel rod.The application to 160 wells shows that the centralizer reaches a 100% success rate of downhole operation,the average pump detection period is lengthened to 180 days and the polished rod load is reduced by12.5%.The economic and social benefits are remarkable.
