摘要
我国农村有着丰富的民间传统文化资源。弘扬民间传统文化,发展民间文化产业,既转移了农村富余劳动力,又减轻了政府发展文化产业的资金压力,还可提高农村文化产业的经济效益。我国农村文化产业有一定发展,但现状不容乐观:不顾实际,盲目开发;没有形成规模,缺乏竞争力;经济效益低,缺乏品牌和精品;人才资源匮乏;市场不健全。须采取相应的思路和对策:从实际出发;规模化经营;打造品牌;培养人才;培育市场,加强管理。
The rural area riches in traditional folk culture in our country. Carrying traditional folk culture forward and developing the folk cultural industry not only transfers the extra labour force in rural areas and lightens the government pressure on raising fund to development cultural industry, but also increases the economic benefit from rural cultural industry. There is certain development of the rural cultural industry in our country, but it is not good enough , and there are some problems: blind development regardless of the reality, small in and lack of competitivity, low economic benefit and lack of famous or good brand, Lack of human resources and corresponding market facilities and regulations. So we must take measures: developing the rural cultural industry according to the reality, managing in scale, trying to publicize famous brand, cultivating talents developing market and strengthening management.
