This article describes the mechanical design of the adjustable-distance electric heating UV curing device and its working principle. With the help of PID temperature closed-loop control system and adjustable-distance structure, it guarantees the impregnation effect. It＇s also with friendly HMI design. Meanwhile, in environment and safety aspects, it considers all possible factors, which can enhance the practical characteristic.
