摘要
逆向工程技术是进行产品设计、产品快速开发和创新的先进制造技术,它可以实现很多传统设计不能完成的复杂曲面CAD三维建模任务。在研究点云数据处理、特征分类和识别、曲线和曲面重构等逆向工程的关键技术的基础上,基于UG二次开发实现对点云数据特征的提取功能。
Reverse Engineering (RE) is an important technology in product innovation and fast manufacturing. It can realize CAD three-dimensional modeling of complex surface that many traditional design methods can't finish. The paper studies the key techniques of the reverse engineering including point cloud data preprocessing, feature classifying and recognition, curve and surface reconstruction, furthermore, realizes the feature point data extraction with UG/Open development tools.
