摘要
高效的教师专业发展不仅能极大提升学生学业成就,促进学校发展与变革,更是国家教育质量卓越的重要保障。调查显示,老区基础教育教师专业发展现状堪忧,但挑战与机遇并存。背后原因主要有教师评价制度变异、教师专业发展支持缺失、学校文化建设匮乏、教师专业发展愿望不强等。可以尝试从建立与完善教师专业发展标准和发展性教师评价制度、提供多元化教师专业发展支持平台、建设教师合作共同体文化、增强专业认同感与激发专业内驱力、反思与改进新课程教师培训方式等方面入手来改进我国东部老区基础教育教师专业发展现状。
Efficient Teachers' professional development can not only help to improve students' achievement and promote schools' development and reform,but it is also the grantee of a nation's education quality.An investigation shows that the professional development of teachers for basic education is worth worrying,but there are challenges as well as chances.The main problem lies in the variation of teachers' evaluation system,the lack of the support for teachers' professional development,the shortage of school's cultural construction,and the unwillingness of teachers' professional development.Therefore,to improve the situation of teachers' development in the less developed areas,the following measures are suggested to take:designing and improring teachers' professional development standards and developmental teachers' evaluation system,providing support for teachers' multi-dimensional development,building community culture for teachers' collaboration, reinforcing professional agreement and stimulating the internal driving force of profession,reflecting and improving teacher training model in new curriculum reform,and stimulating teachers' professional affection.
