摘要
学生实践能力的生成需要课堂情境的社会化和充分的课堂互动,满足这些条件的教学必然是一个教师参与学生实践活动,并帮助他们理解情境和作出适当回应的过程。在这种教学中,教师主要以“并行者”、“先行者”和“调控者”的角色促进学生实践能力的增长。这种教学的开展要求我们树立课程即发展资源的课程观和将班级学生视为整体的学生观,同时也要求教师成为“智源型”教师。
The socialization of classroom and interaction between teachers and students are the necessities for the development of students' practical ability. Accordingly, teaching should be a process of teachers' participating students' practice and enhancing their interpretation and responding to the practical situation. Teachers' participation includes enhancing students' development of practical ability as their co-worker, forerunner and organizer. It requires us to renew the conception of curriculum and to hold curriculum as resource for students' development, students in a class as a whole, and teachers as 'resourceful and wise' ones.
