摘要
制备了有机-无机三元包覆微胶囊化红磷(TMRP),并将其与甲基磷酸二甲酯(DMMP)复配为阻燃剂制备了硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(RPUF),考察了TMRP/DMMP质量比和用量对RPUF的阻燃性能、力学性能、动态力学性能和热失重性能的影响。结果表明;TMRP,DMMP对RPUF有阻燃协同效应,当TMRP/DMMP质量比为1:1时,效果最好;添加TMRP/DMMP质量分数5%后,极限氧指数可达22.5%,垂直燃烧级别达到UL94V-0级,且对弯曲性能影响很小;动力学性能分析表明,TMRP/DMMP的加入略微降低了RPUF的玻璃化转变温度;热失重分析、残炭的红外光谱分析和体式显微镜分析表明,TMRP/DMMP能促进RPUF成炭,形成膨松的炭层,提高RPUF的阻燃性能。
Organic-inorganic ternary microencapsulated red phosphorus (TMRP) was prepared. Rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF) was prepared by TMRP and dimethyl methylphosphonate (DMMP). Effects of the mass ratio of TMRP to DMMP and the content of TMRP/DMMP on flame retardancy, mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties and thermal degradation of materials were studied. The results show that when the mass ratio of TMRP to DMMP is 1 :1, the synergistic flame retardancy is excellent; when TMRP/ DMMP is 5% ,LOI is 22.5%, vertical burning test reaches UL94 V-0, and flexible property is affected a little; The DMA results show that glass temperature of RPUF declines a little when TMRP/DMMP is added; TGA, FTIR and optical micrograph results revealed that TMRP/DMMP can increase the char residue, and form much denser char to improve the flame retardancy of RPUF.
