摘要
新课程背景下的高考改革正在全国铺开,提出并论证高考改革的原则,既是对高考理念和其支撑性理论的一个解读,也是对高考的现实发展和未来走向的一种诠释。"高考改革的系统性的原则"、"考试内容改革和命题的能力立意原则"、"平稳过渡的原则"是当前和未来高考改革都需要始终遵从的,因而带有根本性;而"扩大高校招生自主权原则"、"适应高等教育步入大众化普及化阶段的原则"、"多元评价录取的原则",是目前正在进入到高考改革操作中的理念,在今后占有的比重将会逐步加大。
The university entrance examination reform under the new curriculum background is carrying on nationally. To put forward and demonstrate the principles of university entrance examination is not only an explanation on the university entrance examination concept and its supporting theory, but also a kind of annotation on the realistic development and future trend of the university entrance examination. The systematic principle of university entrance examination reform, the purposive principle of the examination content reform and the proposition ability, and the principle of smooth transition are what the current and future university entrance examination reform should follow all the time, with the result that they are fundamental; while the principle of expanding the autonomy of colleges and universities students＇ enrollement, the principle of adapting higher education to stepping into the stage of popularization and universalness, and the principle of diversified evaluation and admission are the concepts of the present operation of university entrance examination reform, the proportion of which will be gradually increasing.
