正交设计法研究聚酰胺酸分子量及其影响因素 被引量:7

Investigation on the molecular weight of poly(amic acid) by the orthogonal design method

摘要 采用正交试验设计方法,研究了聚酰胺酸固体含量、反应温度、加料间隔时间和反应时间对聚酰胺酸分子量的影响,采用凝胶渗透色谱仪测试了不同反应条件下合成的聚酰胺酸的分子量。正交设计试验结果表明,合成最高分子量聚酰胺酸的反应条件为:反应温度为15℃,固体含量为8%,加料间隔时间为9min,反应时间为3h。在此基础上,使用TGA测试了由不同分子量聚酰胺酸合成的聚酰亚胺薄膜的热稳定性。试验结果显示,聚酰胺酸分子量越大,薄膜的热稳定性越好。 The several influencing factors on the molecular weight of poly(amic acid) through the method of orthogonal design were investigated.The selected influencing factors were solid content,reaction temperature,time interval of adding material and reaction time.Molecular weight of poly(amic acid) on different reaction conditions was tested by gel permeation chromatography.The best condition for synthesizing the maximal molecular weight poly(amic acid) was obtained as follow: solid content 8%,reaction temperature 15℃,time interval 9 minutes and the reaction time 3 hours.TGA test was used to evaluate the thermal stability of polyimide films with different molecular weight.Results indicated that temperature on the thermal weightlessness of polyimide film with a high molecular weight was much higher than that with a low molecular weight,which should be attributed to the higher van der waals force of attraction in the polyimide film.
