挖掘机回转马达配流盘的结构研究

摘要 该文采用流体计算软件STAR-CD,针对两种不同减压槽结构的配流盘进行了CFD解析,通过计算结果的对比,最后得出设置两个小孔的结构较好,该研究结果为回转马达配流盘的结构设计提供了重要参考。 Based on flow calculation software STAR - CD, aiming at two kinds of relief groove of valve plate, CFD calculation is carried out in this paper. By comparing the calculation results, it concludes that the structure which sets two holes is better, and the study provides important reference value for the design of valve plate of slewing motor.
