摘要
采用不同加入量的K/Na变质剂对3Cr2W8V钢进行变质处理,分别对试样进行组织分析及力学性能测试。结果表明,随着K/Na变质剂加入量的增加,3Cr2W8V钢中的碳化物趋于断网,晶粒细化,铸态组织明显得到改善。当K/Na变质剂的加入量在一定范围内时,3Cr2W8V钢的硬度变化不大,而韧性显著提高,但K/Na变质剂的加入量达到1.2%时,钢的硬度明显降低。因此,变质剂的加入量为0.9%左右时,3Cr2W8V钢铸态下可获得较高的综合力学性能。
Different additions of K/Na modification were carried out on 3Cr2W8V steel. The microstructures and mechanical properties of samples were analyzed and tested. The results show that carbide network tends to breaking up, the crystal grains are refined with the increase of K/Na addition, and as-cast microstructures are improved obviously. The hardness of 3Cr2W8V steel changes a little within certain limits of K/Na addition, but the ductility increases obviously. The hardness of 3Cr2W8V steel decreases considerably when the K/Na addition comes up to 1.2%. Therefore, 3Cr2W8V steel can get better as-cast comprehensive mechanical properties in cast state by K/Na addition around 0.9%.
