摘要
根据水资源系统中各要素间的转化关系,分析了节水措施对区域水循环要素产生的直接和间接影响,着重描述了土壤含水量和地下水位因节水灌溉的实施而发生变化引起的水循环过程中其它要素的变化情况,以便预先采取措施使节水灌溉的实施既能达到节水高产的目的,又使其对区域水资源系统的不利影响减小到最低水平。
Abstract Based on the transformed relationship of factors in water resources system, this paper analyses the direct and indirect influence on circulation factors of regional water resources by water-saving measures. Emphatic describes when soil moisture content and groundwater table change with water-saving irrigation, they causes other factors chang in water circulation. To make water-saving irrigation both attain water-saving, high production and reduce its non-adv-antageous influences to minimum by taking measures.
