摘要
在中度盐碱地上采用覆沙压碱、灌水洗碱、深栽避碱、激素处理等措施进行草麻黄人工栽培试验,结果表明:深栽避碱和覆沙压碱对草麻黄株高生长量具有显著促进作用;而各项栽培技术措施在中度盐碱地上对草麻黄地上生物量产量的增加均有显著促进作用。综合2项生长指标考虑,以深栽避碱和覆沙压碱技术措施对草麻黄在中度盐碱地上栽培具有更显著的增产作用。
An experiment of growing Ephedra sinica in moderate saline - alkali soil was conducted in Xinglong Forest Farm of Shuangliao City, Jilin Province. Four technical measures were taken to reduce the content of saline - alkali in soil; that is: (1) covering 10 em sandy soil in depth to reduce the content of alkali in surface layer of soil; (2) irrigating to leach saline - alkali to deep soil before planting seedlings; (3) deep planting to keep from the high saline - alkali in top soil; (4) hormone treatment (50 × 10^-6NAA was used to soak roots of seedlings). Result shows that all measures can effectively improve the biomass production of E. sinica, while deep planting and covering sandy soil can effectively improve the height growth. Considering two growth indicators, height growth and biomass, the measures of deep planting and covering sandy soil are suggested to be used for increase the production of E. sinica in moderate saline- alkali soil.
