抗炎消瘿方干预EAT小鼠甲状腺激素及TGA、TMA水平的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过研究应用抗炎消瘿方治疗自身免疫性甲状腺炎(EAT),来观察其对EAT小鼠甲状腺激素及抗体水平的影响。方法:联合应用甲状腺球蛋白(TG)与弗氏完全佐剂复制EAT小鼠模型后,随机分为正常组、模型组、甲状腺素组、强的松组、雷公藤组、抗炎消瘿方大剂量、中剂量、小剂量组实验,采用放射免疫法检测EAT小鼠血清中甲状腺激素T3、T4、FT3、FT4及血清甲状腺抗体TGA、TMA水平。结果:模型组T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TGA、TMA都高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。抗炎消瘿方大剂量组T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TGA、TMA都低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:抗炎消瘿方对自身免疫性甲状腺炎具有治疗效果,能剂量依赖性地抑制体液免疫。 Objective:Studied the application of Kangyan Xiaoying Recipe treatment of autoimmune thyroiditis (EAT).to observe the role of thyroid hormone and antibody levels on EAT mice.Methods:Combined thyroglobulin (TG) with Freund's complete adjuvant replicated EAT mice modeLRandom divided into normal group.model group,thyroxine group,prednisone group,triptolide group,Kangyan Xiaoying Recipe high-dose.medium dose,low-dose group of experiments.Used radioimmunoassay to detect EAT fllyroid hormone in serum T3,T4,FT3,FT4,and serum thyroid antibodies TGA,TMA leveI.Results:T3,T4.FT3,FT4.TGA.TMA of model group is higher than the normal group,there were significant differences(P〈O.Ol ).T3,T4,FT3,FT4,TGA,TMA of Kangyan Xiaoying Recipe high-dose group lower than model group.there were significant differences(P〈().01).Conclusion:Kartgyan Xiaoying Recipe had a therapeutic effect on autoimmune thyroiditis.inhibited dose- dependen of humoral immunity.
