摘要
目的:探讨西黄丸治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:将乳腺增生患者56例随机分为治疗组30例、对照组26例,分别予西黄丸和乳癖消片治疗3个月经周期。结果:治疗组总有效率83.33%,对照组总有效率69.22%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西黄丸可以明显改善乳腺增生病患者的症状和体征,其疗效优于乳癖消片。
Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of Xihuang Pills in treating cyclomastopathy. Methods： Based on inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, 56 patients with cyclomastopathy were selected, 30 ones in treatment group and take the Xihuang Pills, the other 26 ones were in control group and took Rupixiao Tablets for 3 courses of treatment. Results： The totaleffective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and that in the control group was 69.22%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P0.05） Conclusion： Xihuang Pills can significantly improve the sings and symptoms of the patientswith cyclomastopathy, and its effect was superior to that of Rupixiao Tablets.
