摘要
近年来,由于免疫抑制或受损的病人越来越多,马尔尼菲青霉病的发生率明显升高,预后常不佳,而早期有效地用药对遏制疾病的迅速发展起到举足轻重的作用。因此,寻找有效低毒的抗真菌药是控制病情的关键。本文就马尔尼菲青霉病治疗的进展进行综述。
The incidence of Penicilliosis marneffei increased greatly in the last few years because of the increasing of immunocompromised patients. These patients often have a bad prognosis and the early and appropriate treatment is crucial. It is important to find and use effective and less-harmful anti-fungal drugs. This paper reviewed the treatment progresses of Penicilliosis marneffei.
