摘要
为了解决强烈动压条件下回采巷道的支护难题,缓解煤矿采掘衔接紧张的局面,运用高预紧力强力锚杆一次支护原则,设计的支护方案应用于潞安漳村煤矿井下强烈动压条件巷道,并进行了矿压监测,监测数据显示,巷道两帮变形量减小了70%以上。试验表明,设计方案有效控制了巷道围岩的强烈变形,明显优于类似条件下常规高强锚杆支护效果,支护成本及维护费用大幅降低,为今后类似条件巷道支护提供了一条有效途径。
In order to solve the support difficult problem of the mining gateway under the strong mining-induced pressure conditions and to release the connection tension situation between the mining and excavation operation in the mine, a designed support plan with once support principle of high pre-tension powerful bolt was applied to the mining gateway under the strong mining-induced pressure conditions in Zhangcun Mine of Lu'an. A strata pressure monitoring and measurement were conducted. The monitoring and measuring data showed that the deformation of the gateway sidewalls was reduced over 70%. The test showed that the designed plan could effectively control the strong deformation of the gateway surrounding rocks and could be obviously better than the support results with the conventional high strength bolts under the same conditions. The support cost and maintenance cost were highly reduced, which could provide an effective access for the gateway support under the similar conditions.
