煤层气损失气含量及其影响因素分析 被引量:13

摘要 为验证现行煤层气损失气含量估算结果的准确性,选取铜川地区1—3mm,30~50mm,Ф89mm柱样和柳林地区30~50mm粒级的煤样进行了煤层气损失气含量模拟试验,模拟绳索取芯,包括钻孔提芯、地面暴露和解吸罐中3个阶段的全过程,实测了煤层气损失量和解吸量,并与美国矿业局直接法作了对比分析。试验结果表明:实测的煤层气损失气含量为采用美国矿业局直接法估算值的2.79—16.49倍,且煤的粒级和煤阶对煤层气损失量有着显著影响;同等条件下,对于铜川三种粒级煤样1~3mm,30~50mm和柱样,其损失率(损失量占总含气量的比例)分别为75%,49%和26%;相同粒级,低变质铜川1—2煤的损失气量为中变质柳林1—2煤的1.67倍,且粒级的影响显著于煤阶的影响。 In order to certify the accuracy of the estimated results of the gas lost content of the available coal bed methane, coal samples with a size of 1 - 3 mm and 30 - 50 mm and coal cylinder sample with a diameter of 89 mm from Tongchuan Area and the coal samples with a size of 30 - 50 mm from Liulin Area were applied to conduct the simulation test on the gas lost content of the coal bed methane and the simulation cable coring, including the wire-line coring, exposure at the surface and three stages in the desorption canister. The gas lost content and desorption of the coal bed methane were measured. A comparison analysis was conducted with the direction estimated method of USA Bureau of Mine and the above gas lost content and the desorption of the coal bed methane. The test results showed that the gas lost content of the coal bed methane measured was 2. 79 - 16. 49 times higher than the direct estimated value of USA Bureau of Mine and the coal size and coal rank would have the obvious influences to the coal bed methane lost value. Under the same conditions, the gas lost contents of the three size coal samples, as 1 -3 ram, 30 -50 mm and coal cylinder would be 75% , 49% and 26% individually. With the same size, the gas lost content of the low metamorphic Tongehuan coal sample would be 1.67 times higher than the medium metamorphic Liulin coal sample and the coal size influence would be obviously higher than the coal rank influence.
