摘要
目的研究气温和降雨量对白纹伊蚊密度的影响及其在白纹伊蚊综合治理中的应用。方法采用多元逐步回归分别研究上海世博园区的浦东园区、黄浦园区和卢湾园区2007年6~10月白纹伊蚊密度变化与气象因素间关系,并研究其回归方程问的差异。结果浦东园区、黄浦园区和卢湾园区的多元逐步回归研究中气温都进入回归方程,而降雨量都没有进入方程。在黄浦园区和卢湾园区的回归方程比较中,卢湾园区截距与黄浦园区没有差异,卢湾园区气温的斜率比黄浦园区大0.060。结论气温与白纹伊蚊密度密切相关,环境因素以及人为因素等是以与气象因素的共同作用方式影响白纹伊蚊的密度。
Objective To study the relationship among temperature, rainfall and density of Aedes albopictas, and its function in controlling Aedes albopictus. Methods With a multiple stepwise regression made with stata 10.0, studying the relationship among temperature, rainfall and Aecles albopictas density in Pudong, Luwan and Huangpu dis- trict of Shanghai EXPO area from June to October in 2007. Results The factor of temperature had been in the re- gression equation in all three area, but the factor of rainfall had not been. The comparison showed the intercept had no difference between Luwan and Huangpu area and the slope of temperature was 0. 060 higher in Luwan than in Huang- pu area. Conclusion The way of environmental factors and human factors affecting the density of Aedes albopictus is combined with the meteorological factors.
