摘要
人才培养是学校的根本任务,企业对人才有自己评价的标准,赋予企业对人才培养的发言权,是改革发展学校教育的必然选择。高校应建立以企业为依托,以会计专业应用型人才培养模式的人才需求为导向,适时调整培养目标,完成教学计划,加快构建新时期会计学专业课程体系及与职业需求相符合的"高素质、宽口径的应用型会计人才"的培养模式。
Education of the talent is the fundamental task of University. Every company has its own standard of evaluating the talent which gives the company the right to judge and decide. All of above makes reforming and developing University education inevitable. This article proposes the models of applied accounting talent training should be oriented by the need of company. By adjusting target and finishing education plan, establishing the ＂applied accounting talents with high quality and wide range ＂training pattern which matches with the career needs and the accounting curriculum system in the new age.
