摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗与单纯西药治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法133例确诊为缺血性中风的患者,随机分为2组,中西医结合组68例,对照组65例。在常规使用西药的基础上,治疗组加用血栓通,14d为1个疗程,两个疗程后,在临床症状、血液流变学及血脂变化方面进行疗效观察。结果治疗组总有效率94.12%,对照组总有效率81.54%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)且治疗组在改善血液流变学及血脂变化方面明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗缺血性中风,能明显改善患者病情,提高生活质量,疗效确切。
Objective To observe the curative effect which treated with TCM combined with WM and the WM alone on treating Ischemic stroke.Methods Total 133 patients who were diagnosed with Ischemic stroke are divided into 2 groups randomly,among them there are 68 cases in the integrated TCM and WM group and 65 cases in the control group.On the basis of routine therapy treated with WM,the treatment group add Xueshuantong with a circle of treatment include 14 days,after two courses of treatment to observe all patients from 3 sides,including clinical symptom,hemorheology and blood lipid.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is 94.12% and the total effective rate of the control group is 81.54%,in which,there is significant difference between the two groups（P0.05） and the treatment group is better than the control group on improving hemorheology and blood lipid,the difference is significant（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion To treat Ischemic stroke by TCM combined with WM could improve the patients＇ condition and their lives quality,also,it has positive effect.
