摘要
报告５４眼（５３例）成熟期白内障采用改良旋转切削法超声乳化手术的疗效。超声乳化时间为９３．３９±３８．０５秒。术后７天、１个月和３个月裸眼或球镜矫正视力≥１．０者分别为３４眼（６２．９６％）、３８眼（７０．３７％）和４１眼（７５．９３％）。该术式不需裂核。
We reported the therapeutic effect of the mature senile cataract extraction by phacoemulsification with rotated and chipping technique on 54 eyes of 53 patients.The mean phacoemulsification time (sec) was 93 39±38 05.Postoperatively,the visual acuities with spherical correction or without correction were 1 0 or better in 34e yes (62 94%),38 eyes (70 37%) and 41 eyes (75 93%) at one week,one month and three months respectively.This phacoemulsification technique is no need for a nuclear cracking procedure,it is safe with the mature senile cataract extraction.
