摘要
针对深圳大运中心体育馆屋盖1∶10整体模型加载试验,设计了多级分配梁和千斤顶相结合的加载系统。由于该试验的加载点众多,而各点的加载幅值分布不均,采用了虚拟约束法快速确定了各加载点的荷载分布。为了在加载系统中考虑分配梁自身的重量,采用了多次迭代确定了每一级分配梁的力臂。设计的多级分配梁能够紧凑地布置在模型结构的下部空间内。通过将加载系统和模型结构一起建立在计算模型中,检验了所设计加载系统的效果。数值计算和试验结果均表明,所设计的加载系统具有良好的有效性和可靠性,能够较好地实现试验加载的目的,可在类似大跨度空间结构的整体模型试验中推广应用。
A loading system combined with multi-level distributing girders and hydraulic jacks is designed for model testing of the roof structure of the Gymnasium of Shenzhen Universiade Sport Center.The virtual constrain method is proposed to determine the distribution of the applied loads,in the condition that numerous loading points are employed in the model test,and that the loading magnitudes vary from points to points.Further more,iteration calculation is conducted to value the arm proportion of the distribution girder in order to consider the self weight of the girder into the loading system.The designed distributing girders are compactly arranged in the space under the roof model.The loading system,as well as the model structure,is simulated in one model to verify its loading validity.Numerical analysis and loading practice indicate the designed loading system has good performance and reliability to realize the model test objective,and can be generalized to similar model test of large-span space structures.
