轮胎胶带测厚信号去噪中的小波分析

摘要 分析了轮胎生产中胶带激光视觉厚度测量信号,提出利用时频性很强的小波分析法,对工业胶带测厚信号进行去噪处理。引入重构因子的概念作为信号分析的理论评价标准。结合实验验证方法,找到了工业胶带测厚信号去噪的最优小波基,获得了理想的去噪效果。 Rubber thickness measurement signals are analyzed with wavelet analysis method which has good partial analysis property in both time and frequency domain, and is used to process signal de-noising in tire manufacture. The conception of reconfiguration factor is quoted as a standard to judge the de-noising effect of kinds of wavelet basis and the optimal wavelet basis selected. Further more, combining with the experimental verification way, the optimal wavelet basis has been selected to process measurement signal noising and the ideal de-noising effect has been demonstrated.
