Synthesis and characterization of SOFC cathode materials La_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)CoO_(3-δ) by glycine-nitrate process

摘要 通过甘氨酸-硝酸盐法制备出均质纳米粉体La0.6Sr0.4CoO3-δ(LSC),并采用TGA、XRD、BET和SEM等手段进行了表征;同时研究了600~800℃以LSC为阴极材料的单电池的输出性能。结果表明,产物在800℃时已形成钙钛矿相,且具有较高的比表面积,950℃为最佳烧结温度,可获得纳米级多孔显微结构,所得单电池输出性能显著提高;当电压为0.7V时,电池功率密度增幅随温度增加非常明显。 The uniform nanopowders of La0.6Sr0.4CoO3-δ(LSC) were synthesized by glycine-nitrate process and the powders obtained were characterized by TGA,XRD,BET and SEM.Meanwhile,the single cell performance of SOFC based on LSC as cathode was tested from 600 to 800℃.The results showed that perovskite phase could form after heat treatment of the cathode at 800℃ for 2h,and the powders acquired exhibited high specific surface area.Moreover,uniform and porous structure of cathode layers can be obtained by sintering at 950℃ and the single cell with LSC exhibits good electrochemical performance.Furthermore,I-V-P curve analysis revealed that the power density increased obviously with temperature at cell voltage of 0.7V.
