摘要
在HVI350矿物润滑油中加入少量油酰基甘氨酸,对比研究了加入油酰基甘氨酸前后润滑油在土壤中的生物降解性,并采用指数速率模型对润滑油生物降解动力学方程进行了线性回归。结果表明,油酰基甘氨酸可明显促进HVI350矿物润滑油生物降解,试验条件下HVI350矿物润滑油生物降解的速率方程为St=50.4e-0.0155t,半衰期为44.72d;含油酰基甘氨酸的HVI350矿物润滑油生物降解速率方程为St=52.1e-0.0268t,半衰期为25.86d。
Small amount of oleoyl glycine was incorporated into HVI 350 mineral oil and the biodegradabilities of HVI 350 mineral oil and the formulated oil in soils were evaluated.Thereafter,the biodegradation kinetics of the two lubricating oils was regressed based on the exponential rate model.The results indicated that oleoyl glycine obviously promoted biodegradation of HVI 350 mineral oil.Under given test conditions,the biodegradation rate equation for HVI 350 mineral oil could be described as St=50.4e-0.0155t,while that for oleoyl glycine formulated mineral oil as St=52.1e-0.0268t.The biodegradation half-lives of the two oils were 44.72 and 25.86d,respectively.
