摘要 凝结水处理混床的应用使高参数、大容量火力发电机组的热力系统水汽品质得到了较充分的保证,但是有些混床投运后,会出现运行周期短和出水水质不合格等现象。联系霸桥热电厂和渭河热电厂技改工程实践,对影响高速混床出水水质及运行周期的因素:树脂选择、树脂分离、树脂再生、树脂混合、树脂传送、应用方式等进行了分析,并讨论了实际应用中控制这些影响因素的注意事项。 Application of condensate treatment in a mixed resin bed polishing system is the guarantee of superior quality of water and steam for high capacity electric generator unit with high parameters. At time, the resin service-life and the outlet water quality are unable to meet the design requirements when mixed bed is put into operation. The affected factors of outlet water quality and operative cycle of mixed bed such as resin selection, resin separation, resin regeneration, resin mixture, resin transfer and application ways, etc. have been analyzed. And points for attention to the control of these factors in the application have been discussed in the article.
