无溶剂体系中甘油解法合成1,3-甘油二酯 被引量:4

摘要 将超声和乳化剂应用到1,3-甘油二酯的合成。酶Novozyme435反应温度为50℃、底物摩尔比为1∶1(甘油∶调和油)、酶加入量为8%、聚山梨酸酯80加入量为15kg/L、1,3-甘油二酯的含量为45.53%。超声法的最佳条件为:间歇式超声,120s/30s。超声法和乳化剂法分别可以使1,3-甘油二酯含量提高6.07%和8.48%。乳化剂法不仅可以提高甘油二酯的含量,并且还可以提高酶的1,3位特异性,具有抗结晶、易操作、高效的特点。
