摘要 光子晶体是将两种或两种以上介质材料排列成具有光波长量级的一维、二维或三维周期结构的人工晶体。由于光子晶体具有光子带隙、光子局域等特性,所以它具有巨大的应用前景。简述了光子晶体的主要特征,重点介绍了三维光子晶体的自组装方法。 Photonic crystals are synthetic crystals. They are made of two or more kinds of dielectric materials arranged in 1-D, 2-D or 3-D period structures of light wavelength scale. Since the photonic crystals have the properties of photonic band gaps and photonic localization, they will have a bright application prospect in the future. The basic characteristics of photonic crystals are presented and the self-assembling methods of 3-D photonic crystals are reviewed mainly.
