摘要
为了研究应用于高功率脉冲DPSSL激光器半导体泵浦模块驱动的大电流脉冲驱动电源电路,采用了由基于零电流开关技术的功率变换模块来进行二次电压变换、MOSFET功率管闭环反馈控制以及储能电容放电的电路结构。得到了脉冲电压为70V、电流为200A、脉宽为200μs的大电流脉冲。结果表明,这样可以满足高功率脉冲DPSSL电源的稳定工作条件。
To design a high current pulsed drive circuit for the pumped drive module of a high power pulsed Diode Pump Solid State Laser (DPSS1), a circuit structure which used a power transformation module based on the zero-current switching technology was adopted. The circuit structure was used to carry out the secondary voltage transformation, the closed-loop feedback control of a MOSFET amplifier tube and the discharge of a storage capacitor. The high current pulse with a pulse voltage of 70V, a current of 200A and a pulse width of 200μm was obtained. The result showed that this method could meet the stable operation requirement of a high power DPSSL electric source.
