摘要
通过分析水资源利用效率与经济发展的相互关系,采用因子分析法,从工业用水、农业用水、生活用水3个方面对浙江省2000～2007年水资源利用效率进行评价。结果表明,经济发展水平和水资源紧缺状况是水资源利用效率最重要和最显著的影响因素,由于生产用水效率整体上与经济发展水平呈正相关,因此应在水资源边际使用效益高的地区多配置水资源。
Through the analysis of the correlation between the utilization efficiency of water resources and the economic development, the utilization efficiency of water resources in Zhejiang Province from 2000 to 2007 was evaluated from 3 aspects of production, agriculture and living by use of the factor analysis method. The results show that the level of economic development and the situation of water shortage are the most important and significant factors for the utilization efficiency of water resources. Since the water utilization efficiency of production is positively correlated with the level of economic development, water resources allocation should focus on the areas with high marginal utilization efficiency.
