儿童期单眼形觉剥夺性眼病36例对眼轴长度影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的对儿童期发生的形觉剥夺性眼病对眼轴长度的影响进行临床分析。方法对36例形觉剥夺性眼病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。将其分为两组,后天性形觉剥夺性眼病组和先天性形觉剥夺性眼病组。结果36例儿童期形觉剥夺性眼病健眼与患眼眼轴差别有统计学意义。在后天性形觉剥夺性眼病组,患眼眼轴与病程有正相关关系(r=0.666,P=0.018)。左右眼轴差值与病程有正相关关系(r=0.537,P=0.042)。先天性形觉剥夺性眼病组,患眼眼轴与病程有正相关关系(r=0.970,P=0.001),健眼眼轴与病程有正相关关系(r=0.986,P=0.000),左右眼轴差值与病程有正相关关系(r=0.907,P=0.013)。结论儿童期发生的单眼形觉剥夺性眼病对眼轴发育造成影响,导致眼轴延长。病程越长,眼轴增长越明显。 Objective To study relationship between the form deprivation disease in children and the optical axis.Methods Clinical data in 36 cases form deprivation disease were retrospective analysis.They were divided into acquired form deprivation disease and congenital form deprivation disease.Results Significant differences were detected in form deprivationeyes and control eyes.In the acquired form deprivation disease group, form deprivation eyes and pathogenesis had the positive correlation, the difference between form deprivation eyes and control eyes were positive correlate with pathogenesis.In the congenital form deprivation disease group, form deprivation eyes and pathogenesis had the positive correlation, control eyes and pathogenesis had the positive correlation, the difference between form deprivation eyes and control eyes were positive correlate with pathogenesis.Conelusians Unilateral form deprivation in children can prolong optical axis, the longer pathogenesis is the longer optical axis is.
