摘要
目的探讨基底节区高血压脑出血的以环池、脑干的形态学改变为主要变化的CT分级方法与预后的关系。方法回顾性分析115例基底节区高血压脑出血患者,以环池、脑干的形态学改变分为4级,并对GCS评分和GOS分级数据进行Spearman相关性检验。结果CT分级与GCS评分及GOS分级均显著相关。结论以环池、脑干的形态学改变为主要变化的CT分级是判断基底节区高血压脑出血预后的有效指标。
Objective To investigate the association of morphological changes of the eisterna ambiens and brain stem defi ned by computed tomography(CT) and the prognosis of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 115 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage.The morphological changes of the cisterna ambiens and brain stem were classifi ed into 4 grades according to the results of head CT,and the Glasgow coma score(GCS) and the Glasgow outcome score(GOS) after the hemorrhage were recorded for statistics analysis.Results Spearman rank analysis revealed signifi cant correlations of the CT-based grading with the GCS score and the GOS score.Conclusion Morphological changes of the eisterna ambiens and brain stem defi ned by CT be useful for prediction of the outcomes of patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage.
