非小细胞肺癌组织Twist与p53蛋白表达及其临床意义 被引量:3

Clinical significance and expressions of Twist and p53 proteins in NSCLC tissues

摘要 目的:探讨Twist及p53在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及与临床病理的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法对61例资料完整的NSCLC患者手术切除标本进行研究。结果:NSCLC组织中Twist、p53阳性表达均明显高于对照组,χ2值分别为15.830及10.808,P值均<0.05;Twist表达与组织学类型(χ2=4.665)、临床分期(χ2=8.362)及淋巴结转移(χ2=10.640)密切相关,P<0.05;p53表达与性别(χ2=4.047)和淋巴结转移(χ2=6.689)显著相关,P<0.05;NSCLC中Twist与p53的表达呈正相关,rs=0.257,P<0.05;患者术后生存与p53的表达密切相关。对随访>4年的48例患者进行了Twist差异性表达的研究发现,Twist在术后生存时间<4年的患者中表达高于生存时间≥4年的患者,χ2=6.497,P<0.05。结论:p53突变、Twist的高表达及p53与Twist的协同作用可能促进了NSCLC的发生发展;p53、Twist可以作为患者预后的参考指标和基因治疗的可能靶点。 OBJECTIVE: To research the relationship between the clinicopathologic significance and the expressions of Twist and p53 proteins in NSCLC. METHODS: The expressions of Twist and mutated p53 proteins were determined by using immunohistochemistry S-P in 61 cases of NSCLC with follow-up. RESULTS: The expressions of Twist and p53 were higher in the NSCLC group than those in the control group (Х^2 were 15. 830 and 10. 808 respectively, P〈0.05), The expression of Twist was related to the histotype (Х^2=4. 665), clinical stage (Х^2=8. 362) and lymphonode metastasis (Х^2=10. 640, all P〈0. 05). The expression of p53 was related to lymphonode metastasis (Х^2=6. 689) and sex (Х^2 =4. 047, both P〈0.05). The expression of Twist was positive associated with that of p53 (ri=0. 257, P〈0.05). The expression of p53 was related to the patein's survival time after operation. The expression of Twist in the 48 cases which survival time was less than 4 years was significantly higher than that in the cases which survival time greater than or equal to than 4 years (Х^2=6.497, P〈0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The tumorigenesis and development of NSCLC may be facilitated by the mutational p53, the high expression of Twist and their interaction. Both p53 and Twist could be considered as efficient prognostic markers and molecular targets in NSCLC.
