摘要
目的研究湿热条件对表面沉积NaCl紫铜的大气腐蚀行为的影响,且模拟工业大气中湿沉降物的特点,揭示大气污染环境对紫铜腐蚀的影响规律.方法在试验室进行30℃、90%RH;40℃、90%RH;40℃、75%RH大气腐蚀的模拟,通过失重法、Olympus BX51M型显微镜和Rigaku D/max 2400X射线衍射仪进行表征.结果40℃、90%RH的环境下试样腐蚀程度最深,30℃、90%RH环境下试样腐蚀程度次之,40℃、75%RH环境下试样腐蚀程度最浅.温度越高,相对湿度越大,腐蚀越严重,相对湿度的增长对腐蚀的影响最为严重.结论对腐蚀产物结构的测定,表明腐蚀产物具有较弱的保护性,并明确紫铜在湿热条件下的腐蚀机理.
This paper reveals the influence of atmosphere polluted environment on the copper which is depos- ited by NaCI by studying the effect of the atmospheric corrosion behavior on the copper under the hot and humid conditions and simulating characteristics of wet deposition in industrial atmosphere. The atmospheric corrosion(30 ℃ ,90% RH;40℃ ,90% RH;40℃ ,75% RH) is studied by gravimetry ,olympus BX51M type microscope and D/max 2400 X - ray type diffraction. The result shows that the degree of specimen corrosion is the deepest under the condition of 40 ℃,90% RH and when the environment is 30 ℃ ,90% RH,the de- gree of specimen corrosion takes the second place, and if environment is 40℃,75 % RH, the degree of specimen corrosion is the shallowest. The higher temperature and humidity is, the more serious the corrosion becomes in the experimental conditions. The increase of relative humidity is the most serious influence on corrosion of copper. The determination of the structure of corrosion products shows that corrosion products have a weak protectiveness and affirm the corrosion mechanism of copper under hot and humid environment.
