摘要
探讨通过对改性后的羊毛针织物进行柔软整理以获得超级柔软整理效果。首先利用不同方法(包括Basonlan 2448法、双氧水、酶处理等方法的单独或复合使用)对羊毛纤维进行改性,然后通过实验室自制柔软剂H(一种氨基改性聚硅氧烷与聚醚交替排列的共聚物)进行处理,将整理前后的样品经过主观判定、抗弯伸长和摩擦因数的测定,得到结论:利用Basonlan 2448预处理—Savinase酶处理—柔软剂H处理,可使羊毛针织物获得超级柔软的整理效果。
The super soft knitting wool comes from modified samples treated by the soft agent with pad-dry-cur process.Firstly,original wool sample is modified through different materials,such as basonlan 2448,hydrogen peroxide,protease.Secondly,the modified sample is treated by softener H.With a subjective judgment,bending length and friction coefficient test,the results show that the super soft wool samples prepared through below steps,that is basonlan 2448 and savinase protease pretreatment original wool at first,and than using softener H deal with the modified samples.
