New Teaching Mode for Training Practical Management Personnel-3C Teaching Mode

摘要 本文在笔者承担的教学改革研究项目的成果基础上,在吸收与借鉴国内外管理教学模式后,创造性提出区别于目前流行的管理教学新模式——"3C教学模式",一种集"立体化"(cubed)、"定制化"(customized)与"临床"(clinical)开放式的多元教学新模式。其中,立体化教学体现在把传统的学生与老师的"平面知识流通"教学模式转变为学生与教师,学生与企业,学生与学生之间的"立体化知识流通"教学模式;定制化教学则根据学生实践需求与能力水平,有针对性地按照学生的知识与能力选择学习内容与教学方法;临床开放式的教学则摆脱传统的课堂教学为中心的模式,采用拓展教学空间与多元主体的"临床开放式"教学模式。本文介绍了该创新教学模式的基本思想与方法及在笔者从事的生产管理课程教学中的探索实践与经验。 Based on the achievements of the teaching research project undertaken by the writer and with the experience drawn from domestic and foreign teaching modes,this paper innovatively advances one new teaching mode—3C teaching mode,which combines "Cubed teaching","Customized teaching" and "Clinical teaching" together."Cubed teaching" means to transform the teaching mode of plane knowledge circulation between students and teachers into that of cubed knowledge circulation among students,teachers and enterprises.Customized teaching means to choose the appropriate learning content and teaching methods in accordance with students' practice requirements and competence level as well as their knowledge and abilities.Clinical teaching throws off traditional teaching method centering on classroom instruction,expands the teaching space(classroom and enterprise)and employs multiple teaching bodies.This paper introduces the main thoughts of the new teaching mode and method as well as the practice and experience of the writer in the teaching course of production management.
