摘要
目的:研究青冈栎果实提取液的抗癌活性,探讨青冈栎的抗癌机理。方法:在体外培养的胃癌细胞(MGC-803)、子宫颈癌细胞(hela)和肝癌细胞(BEL-7404)中分别采用浓度为0.40、0.81、1.61、3.13、6.25、12.50、25.00mg/mL的青冈栎果实提取液处理,然后利用四甲基偶氮唑蓝法(MTT比色法)定量测定肿瘤细胞的生长抑制情况。结果:青冈栎果实提取液浓度在0.81~25.00mg/mL时对上述3种癌细胞均有抑制效果,其中在25mg/mL浓度下抑制效果最好,对MGC-803、hela和BEL-7404的抑制率分别是72.85%、76.64%、71.81%。结论:青冈栎果实提取液在一定浓度下能抑制体外培养的MGC-803、hela和BEL-7404细胞的生长,显示青冈栎中含有抗癌的有效成分。
Objective:To study Cyclobalanopsis glauca fruit extractive anti-cancer activity,to explore the anticancer mechanism of Cyclobalanopsis glauca.Methods:In vitro cultivation of cells were used in 0.40,0.81,1.61,3.13,6.25,12.50,25 mg/mL density of Cyclobalanopsis glauca fruit extractive and then use MTT method (MTT colorimetric) quantitative measurement of tumor cell growth inhibition of the situation.Results:Cyclobalanopsis glauca fruit extractive in 25 mg/mL concentration of gastric cancer cells show (MGC-803),cervical cancer(hela),liver cancer cells(BEL-7404) higher inhibitory rate:72.85%,76.64%,71.81%.Conclusion:Cyclobalanopsis glaua fruit extractive can be selective inhibition of gastric cancer cells in vitro (MGC-803),liver cancer cells(BEL-7404),cervical cancer (hela) Growth at a certain concentration,it shows that Cyclobalanopsis glauca contain the active ingredient in anti-cancer.This research could be provided a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of health care to develop anti-cancer drugs of the Russula fruiting bodies and Cyclobalanopsis glauca.
