摘要
江苏省沿海风能资源丰富,风电产业发展迅速。论述江苏省沿海风电场的出力特性,分析风电场出力概率分布及月、日变化规律,为研究并网风电场运行和规划方面的有关问题奠定了基础。
Wind energy resource is rich along Jiangsu coast,and the wind power industry has a good potential for development in the coming future.The output power characteristics of Jiangsu coastal wind farm were described.The probability distribution and the diurnal and monthly variations of output power for wind farm were analyzed.An important foundation was established for studying technical and economical problems concerned with grid connected wind farms in power system operation and planning.
