丙烯酸树脂对铬鞣革微孔结构的影响——以Relugan RE树脂复鞣研究 被引量:1

摘要 以压汞法对ReluganRE丙烯酸树脂复鞣后皮革的微孔变化进行了研究。结果表明,经该树脂处理后,铬鞣革的孔体积和孔隙率增加,因此皮革的密度下降,透气性和透水汽性提高。对于半径为0.1~110μm的微孔,经树脂处理后的铬鞣革不仅微孔体积显著增加,而且孔径分布较均匀。此外,还探讨了温度、真空时间对样品的重量下降率和面积收缩率的影响以及两者之间的关系。 Microporous changes of chrome tanned leather retanned with Relugan RE were studied by method of pressur mercury.Experimental result expressed to increase in pore volume and porosity of chrome tanned leather retanned with the above resin,so that density descended,air and water vapour permeability of leather raised,between pore radius 0.1~110μm,not only micropore volume of chrome tanned leather retanned with resin notably increased,but distribution of pore sire is evener,besides,influence of temperure and vacuous times on pecent weightlessness and area contraction of simples,as well as relation between them were discussed.
