藏药短管兔耳草总黄酮抗炎作用研究 被引量:20

摘要 目的:研究藏药短管兔耳草总黄酮的抗炎作用。方法:采用小鼠二甲苯致耳廓肿胀试验、大鼠肉芽肿实验、大鼠鲜蛋清致足肿胀试验、小鼠毛细血管通透性增高实验,观察短管兔耳草总黄酮的抗炎作用。结果:总黄酮(100、50、25 mg·kg^(-1))对二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀有抑制作用;对小鼠棉球肉芽肿试验、大鼠鲜蛋清致足肿胀试验和醋酸导致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加均有明显的抑制作用。结论:短管兔耳草总黄酮具有抗炎作用。 Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effect of total fiavones from Lagotis brevituba Maxim. Method: The inilam- matory models were made by dimethylbenzene-induced edema of mice ear, cotton-pellet granuloma of the rat, egg white-induced swelling of rat paw, and the permeability increase of blood capillary by acetic acid in mice, respectively. The models were used to explore the an- ti-inflammation effect of the total flavonoids. Result: The TFL had significant inhibitory action on swelling of dimethylbenzene-induced edema of mice ear at 100,50 and 25 mg. kg-1 ; The TFL had significant inhibitory action on the cotton-pellet granuloma of the rat, egg white-induced swelling of rat paw and permeability increase of blood capillary by acetic acid in mice at 100 and 50 mg.kg-1. Conclu- sion: The TFL has significant anti-inflammation effect.
