摘要
针对饮用水源地水量水质经常发生变化,对饮水安全造成威胁的情况,结合具体实例,开展建立饮用水源地水资源预警系统的探索与研究。通过可控制区域水位、水量、水质监测,建立自动监测信息网络,设立多种序列的预警判别规则模块,进行实时预警,以提高快速应对突发事件的处置能力,提高水资源管理水平,保障城乡供水安全。
According to the extent threat to the safety of drinking water due to frequent changes of water and water quality,the exploration and study combined with practical examples was conducted on precaution system of water resource for drinking water source.Auto detective information network was established and multiple sequence precaution judgement modules were built to perform real-time precaution by monitoring water level,water quantity and water quality in controlled districts.It would strengthen the ability dealing with emergency in a very short time,promoting the level of water resource management and guaranteing the safety of water supply both in urban and rural areas.
