摘要
传统的医院思想政治工作模式和方法已经不适应当前医院思想政治工作的需要。医院思想政治工作要取得实效,必须以科学发展观理论为指导,坚持以职工为本,用发展的视角看问题,同时在工作中要做到统筹兼顾。
The traditional model and method of hospital ideological and political work has no longer met the current needs. To achieve substantial effect, hospital ideological and political work should regard the scientific development concept as theoretical guidance and insist on hospital staff oriented, look into issues with a development perspective, as well as make overall plans and take all factors into consideration.
