摘要
针对生物、医学和环保等领域对小型脉冲强磁场装置的科研需求,设计研制了磁感应强度为20 T级的集成式脉冲磁场装置。介绍了强磁场装置的构成,给出了出口保护电感的设计方法和计算实例,重点介绍了控制系统的设计和关键实现技术。控制系统提供了手动操作和自动操作两种控制模式,由主控程序和本地控制单元构成,两者之间由光纤连接,应用了有限状态机的通信机制,实现对实验流程的全过程控制、装置状态和采集数据的实时显示。实验测试结果表明,不同放电电压下对应的磁感应强度峰值比例关系的线性度优于2%;同一放电电压下多次放电的重复特性较好,峰值波动范围保持在1%以内,可以满足科研实验需要。
In order to satisfy the scientific research demands of the compact pulsed high magnetic field facility(CPHMFF) in the areas of biology,medicine and environment protection,a 20 Tesla scale CPHMFF was designed and realized.The components of CPHMFF was introduced,the design principle and an example of protective inductor were given.The details of control system of CPHMFF were emphasized.Two control modes of manual and automatic were provided.The control system consisted of control software and local control unit,which were connected through optic fiber.Based on the mechanism of finite state machine adopted in communication protocol,the control system implemented the functions of process control,switches status' monitoring,measurement data sampling and displaying in real time.The experimental results show that the ratio linearty of discharge voltage to peak field is better than 2 % and the repeatability error of peak field under a same discharge voltage is within 1 %.This compact pulsed high magnetic field facility and its control system meet the requirements of design.
