摘要
《中国图们江区域合作开发规划纲要——以长吉图开发开放为先导区》获得国务院批复,使吉林省对朝贸易面临新的发展机遇。从发展的角度,全面、冷静的分析研究吉林省对朝贸易的历史、现状、存在问题并提出措施和建议,不仅有利于吉林省区域经济的发展,也将使吉林省取得在东北亚区域经济一体化中的主动权,推动整个东北亚区域经济的发展。
＂ Plan of China＇s Cooperation in the Tumen River Area Development——Taking the Opening of Changchun,Jilin and Yanji as the Pilot Area＂ has obtained the approval of State Department,which offers the trade in Jilin Province to North Korea new opportunities for development.From a development point of view,to analyze comprehensively and soberly on the history,current situation and existing problems of the trade of Jilin Province to North Korea,and to propose measures and recommendations not only conducive to regional economic development of Jilin Province,also allow Jilin Province to the acquire the initiative of Northeast Asian economic integration to promote the economic development of Northeast Asia as a whole.
