选煤厂末煤重介系统降低介耗的探索 被引量:6

摘要 针对范各庄选煤厂末煤重介系统在生产期间出现介质消耗高、悬浮液密度不稳定等问题进行了检查分析,找出问题的存在原因,并采取实施管理制度、增加介质和喷水处理及改进设备等措施,使末煤重介系统达到正常运转,介耗明显降低,产品质量日趋稳定。 During the production period in the Fangezhuang Coal Preparation Plant,some problems,such as high medium consumption,instable density of suspension and etc.were checked and analyzed,and the main factors were found out.The dense medium system for slack coal worked smoothly after adopting the improvement measures,such as increasing the media,adding the water injection equipment.The result shows that the medium consumption decreased significantly and cooling capacity of production became stable gradually.
