样品水分含量分布状态对傅立叶近红外预测模型的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验旨在研究样品水分含量呈正态分布与匀态分布对傅立叶近红外所建模型预测效果的影响。试验以豆粕水分含量的分布形态为研究对象,采用单因子试验设计,设3个不同σ值的正态分布样品校正集和1个匀态分布样品校正集,分别建立预测豆粕水分含量的模型。结果表明:3个正态分布所建预测模型的RMSECV低于匀态分布所建模型,当用4个模型预测水分含量范围在9%-14%,平均值为11.47%的样品集时,3个正态模型预测结果分别为12.23%、11.41%、11.48%,而匀态模型为11.47%,显然优于正态模型。正态模型预测中间水分含量的准确性较高,优于匀态模型,而匀态模型预测两端高、低水分的样品的准确性优于正态模型。
