人脑Willis动脉环“三分叉”的显微解剖

摘要 目的了解人脑Willis动脉环"三分叉"的解剖特点,为颅底外科及介入治疗提供参考依据。方法45例(90侧)经10%甲醛溶液处理的人脑标本在光学显微镜下观察、测量和摄影。结果"三分叉"的出现率为15.6%(7/45),其中大脑前动脉(ACA)双侧A1段管径明显不等(血管外径相差0.5mm以上)6例(13.3%),一侧A1段缺如1例(2.2%)。前交通动脉(AcoA)变异率为62.2%(28/45),其中单支17例(37.8%),双支25例(55.6%),三支2例(4.4%),缺如1例(2.2%)。结论形成"三分叉"原因之一是人脑Willis动脉环中AcoA的复杂解剖变异造成。 Objective To know about the anatomic characteristics of " the Trifurcation" of human anterior circle of Willis,so as to provide reference for the cranial base surgery and interventional therapy.Methods Forty-five(90 sides) adult cadaver heads fixed by formalin were dissected under microscope,observed,measured and photographed.Results "The Trifurcation" was found in 15.5%(7/45) of the specimens.The diameter of the left and right A1 of ACA were different(the difference was 0.5 mm or more) in 6 specimens(13.3%).One side A1 absence was found in one specimen(2.2%).The mutation rate of AcoA is 62.2%(28/45).Examination of AcoA showed single branch in 17(37.8%) specimens,two branches in 25(55.6%),and three branches in 2(4.4%),and was absent in one 1(2.2%).Conclusion The complex variation of the AcoA in the anterior circle of Willis is one of the causes of trifurcation.
